-- Safety gear & equipment

-- Rain gear (jacket & pants)
-- Waterproof boots
-- Full water bottle
-- Clothes for dressing in layers; dress for current weather conditions
-- Camera, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, and any personal items
-- Cash if offering guide gratuities (recommended)

Due to unforeseen spike in fuel prices, Alaska West Air has made the difficult decision to reserve the right to add a fuel surcharge to each seat during the 2024 season.
Cancellation
Policy
If you cancel your trip 180 or more days prior to your departure date, you will receive a refund in the amount of your deposit less a 10% admin fee. If you cancel your trip 179 or less days prior to your departure date, there is no refund. If you do not show up on the day of your trip, payment in full is required. If your trip is cancelled due to weather or a mechanical issue with our plane, and you cannot reschedule, you will receive a refund less a 10% admin fee.
